Shipping
All orders placed before 3 pm will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped the following business day.
UPS is generally the quickest and most convenient way of shipping.
The shipping cost will be dependant on the destination and weight of the package.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package at the shipping address you provide. If the package is returned to us because the addressee did not claim package, we will reimburse you for the items but not the shipping charges.
Backorders
If an item you ordered is not in stock, we will place this item on backorder until stock arrives.
All backorders will ship once stock is replenished unless you cancel your order. You may contact us at info@kybeauty.com.
If you'd like to know if we have a particular item in stock, feel free to e-mail us at info@kybeauty.com with the item number, description, and size. We'll be happy to check for you.

Returns on defective merchandise
Any defective merchandise, purchased from kybeauty.com, will be replaced at no charge.
We will pay the return shipping for the defective item as well as the shipping charges for the replacement item.
Refunds will be given in the same tender as original purchase.
20% Re-stocking fee on items returned to us.
Returns on non-defective merchandise
Any non-defective merchandise, purchased from kybeauty.com, may be returned within 14 days.
Please be aware that postage on non-defective returns is your responsibility. KY Beauty does not reimburse for shipping and handling on non-defective returns.

Merchandise purchased at kybeauty.com may be exchanged within 14 days as long as the items returned are in the original, unused condition.
